Neverender

1. General

Neverender is a private DayZ community operating under Bohemia Interactive's Server Monetization Policy. By connecting to our servers or joining our Discord server you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and our Server Rules. We reserve the right to remove any player from our servers at any time for any reason.

Neverender has submitted an application for approval under Bohemia Interactive's Server Monetization Policy. Approval is currently pending. This website has been built as part of that application process. Once approved, our listing can be verified at bohemia.net/monetization/approved. Neverender is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bohemia Interactive a.s. DayZ is a product of Bohemia Interactive a.s.

2. Permitted Monetization

In accordance with Bohemia Interactive's Server Monetization Policy, all paid perks offered by Neverender are strictly cosmetic or quality-of-life in nature and do not provide any gameplay advantage. We do not sell weapons, ammunition, in-game currency, starter kits, loot, or any item that gives paying players a competitive advantage over non-paying players.

Premium tiers offered:

• Aqua (€9.95 / 30 days) — Priority queue on all servers, Aqua chat tag colour, Premium Discord role & lounge access.
• Shadow (€24.95 / 90 days) — All Aqua perks + Shadow chat tag colour, higher queue priority, 1× K/D stat reset per period.
• King (€39.95 / 180 days) — All Shadow perks + King chat tag colour, highest queue priority, 2× K/D stat resets per period.

Priority queue access allows premium subscribers to connect to a full server ahead of the general queue. This perk does not influence gameplay in any way once connected. K/D stat resets affect only the Discord leaderboard display — they have no effect on in-game mechanics.

3. Payments, Billing & Refunds

All purchases are processed through Discord's built-in Premium Apps payment system. Discord acts as the merchant of record and payment processor for all transactions. Neverender does not collect, store, or process any payment card information. By making a purchase you also agree to Discord's Paid Services Terms.

Prices are listed in EUR. Subscriptions are non-recurring one-time purchases valid for the stated duration and are not automatically renewed.

Once a subscription has been activated and its benefits delivered, purchases are generally non-refundable. Exceptions apply in the following cases:

• We materially reduce or remove perks included in a tier you have already purchased — in this case we will offer a prorated refund for the remaining subscription period.
• A verifiable technical failure on our end prevented delivery of benefits — open a support ticket within 7 days and we will investigate and resolve it.
• Applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction grants you a statutory right to a refund.

To request a refund, open a ticket in the #create-premium-ticket channel in our Discord server. Discord may also process refunds in accordance with their own Paid Services Terms and Refund Policy.

4. Material Changes to Offerings

If we materially change the perks included in an active subscription tier — for example by permanently removing a listed perk — we will announce the change in our Discord server with at least 7 days notice before it takes effect, and will offer affected subscribers a prorated refund for the remaining period if requested.

5. Bans & Access

Purchasing a premium subscription does not exempt you from our Server Rules. Players banned for cheating, use of exploits, or serious rule violations forfeit any active premium subscription without refund. This is consistent with Bohemia Interactive's requirement that monetization must not conflict with fair play principles. Ban appeals can be submitted via a support ticket in Discord.

6. Privacy & Data

We collect and store the following personal data solely for the purpose of operating our services:

• Discord User ID — to assign and manage premium roles and subscription status.
• Steam64 ID — to manage priority queue access on our game servers via the CFTools API.
• Subscription records — start date, tier, and expiry, stored in a private file on our infrastructure to manage access automatically.

We do not store payment card details, billing addresses, or any financial information. All payment data is handled exclusively by Discord. We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal data to third parties except as required to operate the service (CFTools for queue management) or as required by law.

Bohemia Interactive may retain records of approved server operators as part of their monetization approval process. This is governed by Bohemia Interactive's Privacy Policy.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by opening a support ticket in our Discord server. Note that deletion of your Steam64 ID will result in immediate removal of any active priority queue access.

7. Disclaimer

Neverender servers are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, game updates, or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for any loss of in-game progress, items, or data resulting from server downtime, resets, or configuration changes.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the changes. Material changes will be announced in our Discord server with at least 7 days notice before taking effect.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Danish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may hold under the law of your country of residence.
